day 1

FROM ALPINE PEAKS TO THE ROYA VALLEY

LIMONE PIEDMONT ⟶ LA BRIGUE

Colle di Tenda represents a strategic point, it is the crossing point between the Ligurian Alps and the Maritime Alps, a symbol of the border between Italy and France.

Our adventure starts from here, all along the ridge, hopping from one side of the border to the other, between peaks and karst environments.

Once we arrive near the highest peak in Liguria we will launch into an endless descent to reach La Brigue, the heart of the Roya Valley. A day of hard, pure mountain biking that will remain etched in your memory.

day 2

THE INFINITE DESCENT TO THE SEA

la brigue ⟶ menton

For this second day, two shuttle transfers will lead us to the Pietravecchia range.

Here, we ride the iconic path carved into the rock of Monte Toraggio, a trail our team personally helped restore in 2025.

Starting from 1800 meters, we follow the border line in an incredible journey down to the beaches of Menton. It’s amazing to think these sharp peaks were once ancient seabed.

Our adventure ends in Menton, from where you can easily reach Ventimiglia or Limone Piemonte by train or transfer.

TU. TIPS

THE ANCIENT REEF

Keep an eye on the rocks while crossing the exposed ledges of Monte Toraggio: you are literally riding on an ancient coral reef.

If you look closely at the limestone, you can still find small marine fossils embedded 1,800 meters above sea level.

It is the ultimate reminder of why this tour is called Sea to Sky—once the sea was up here, and now it’s our turn to dive back down to it.
