If you choose this 5-day adventure, you’ll be amazed by what this international region has to offer. On this epic mtb trip from Nice to Finale Ligure (ridden in reverse), you will discover countless unique singletracks, small medieval villages, and the constant alternation between alpine peaks and the sea.
This version is a fully shuttle accessed enduro tour in italy and the French Riviera, designed to be savored completely as we move from one iconic location to the next. During this legendary guided transalps mtb tour, we will ride through iconic spots like Molini di Triora and Dolceacqua in Italy, as well as Sospel and Peille in France. These are the sacred grounds where mountain biking history was written and where many world-famous athletes have carved their own stories. Every single descent on this mtb backcountry tour in the Alps feels like a piece of pure MTB heritage.

TOUR DETAILS // SKILL LEVEL
Skill Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Is this tour for you? This tour is for riders who are comfortable on natural S2–S3 trails and ready for five consecutive days of varied enduro riding. Expect long days, technical sections, substantial elevation changes and constantly evolving terrain as we journey from the Ligurian Riviera across the wild border valleys to the French Mediterranean coast.
Bike Type: Full-suspension enduro bike (150mm+) or eMTB. We recommend having your bike serviced before the tour so you can enjoy every stage with confidence and peace of mind.
Vibe: A border-crossing enduro journey through hidden valleys, medieval villages and remote mountain landscapes, with the Mediterranean never far away.
The Riding: Natural singletracks, rocky technical sections, forest trails, exposed ridgelines and long, rewarding descents. Each stage reveals a different side of the Ligurian and Maritime Alps, from Mediterranean terrain and ancient mule tracks to the wilder trails of the Italian–French border.
The Support: Two guides, a dedicated driver and vehicle support throughout the tour. We transport your luggage, manage the daily transfers and connect each riding area while preserving the continuity of the journey. With no more than six riders, support remains personal, flexible and focused on every member of the group from Finale Ligure to the French Riviera.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Meeting Point: The tour begins in Finale Ligure. The exact meeting location and time will be shared with participants before departure.
Getting Here: The most convenient international airports are Nice (NCE) and Genoa (GOA). We will be happy to provide travel information and help you identify the most suitable option for reaching Finale Ligure.
Daily Schedule: Expect approximately 6–7 hours out on the trails each day, including breaks.
Guided Tour: The entire journey is personally guided by Manuela and Stefano, with a maximum of six riders.
On-Tour Vehicle Support: Our support vehicle is used exclusively for the technical and logistical requirements of the tour, including bikes, luggage and the execution of the planned itinerary.
End of the Tour: The journey ends in Nice. Participants may continue their journey independently or request assistance in arranging transportation through an authorised provider. An additional night in Nice is not included.
PRICES & BOOKING
➜ Tour Price: €1,390 per person for 6 riders // €1,590 per person for 5 riders.
Accommodation: 4 nights in carefully selected accommodation, based on shared double or twin rooms.
Meals: 4 breakfasts and 2 dinners are included.
Single Room Supplement: Available upon request for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Please contact us directly for details regarding our cancellation terms.
What’s Included: Five days of professional guiding with Manuela and Stefano, accommodation, daily breakfasts and two dinners, daily luggage transportation, a dedicated driver, technical and logistical support throughout the itinerary, support vehicle for the operational requirements of the tour, return transportation from Nice to Finale Ligure, minor mechanical assistance and welcome kit.
What’s Excluded: Travel insurance, bike and equipment rental, lunches, drinks and personal expenses. Travel to Finale Ligure and onward travel from Nice are not included.
Booking: A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot.

GETTING HERE: The tour begins in Finale Ligure, Italy, and ends in Nice, France. The most convenient international airports are Nice (NCE) and Genoa (GOA). We will be happy to provide travel information and help you identify the most suitable option for reaching Finale Ligure. At the end of the tour, you may continue your stay on the French Riviera or return with us to Finale Ligure.
ACCOMMODATION: The tour includes 4 nights in carefully selected local accommodation, based on shared double or twin rooms. If you prefer a single room, please request it in advance. A supplement applies and availability may vary.
FOOD & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Daily breakfasts and 2 dinners are included, giving you the opportunity to discover the local flavours of the Italian–French border region. If you have any allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements, please let us know when booking so we can coordinate with the accommodations and restaurants.
ON-TOUR CARE
HEALTH PRIORITIES: Your health and safety on tour is our top priority.
LOCAL ADVICE: You should always consult your own doctor or physician before travelling to new countries to seek their advice on health matters abroad.
VACCINATIONS & WATER: No vaccinations are required for visiting our tour areas. While tap water is generally safe, we recommend bottled or filtered water, which will be readily available throughout the trip.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Please let us know if you have any special food requirements, allergies, or pre-existing conditions your guides should know about.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (Mandatory): As a condition of booking, you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks. Your policy must explicitly cover mountain biking. We also strongly recommend coverage for trip cancellation and baggage (including your bike).
FINANCIAL TIPS
CURRENCY & CASH: The local currency is Euro (€). While cards are accepted in cities, cash is essential for remote mountain huts and small bars.
ATM MACHINES: ATMs can be found in the main towns along the route. We suggest carrying some cash, as smaller villages, mountain refuges and local businesses may not always accept cards.
TIPPING: Tipping is not compulsory in Italy. In cafés, bars and restaurants, rounding up the bill or leaving a small amount for good service is appreciated but entirely optional.
